Pricing Analyst

Are you a commercially minded analyst with a passion for turning data into actionable business insights? We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to play a key role in optimising portfolio performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring our pricing reflects both customer value and market dynamics.

Working closely with the Head of Product Strategy & Management, you'll use market intelligence, pricing analysis and performance data to help maximise profitability, competitiveness and long-term growth across a diverse product portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with commercial thinking in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.

• Commercial & Financial Performance – Uses data and insight to evaluate portfolio performance, identify pricing opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence – Develops a deep understanding of customer value, competitor positioning and market dynamics to inform recommendations.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving – Applies structured analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks and proposes evidence-based actions.
• Communication & Storytelling – Communicates technical and commercial insights clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Works collaboratively across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver business outcomes.
• Accountability & Continuous Improvement – Takes ownership of data quality and analytical outputs while driving continuous improvement.
