What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, managing design of highways, drainage, and external works.

  • Use industry-leading software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, or PDS) to deliver innovative, efficient designs.

  • Engage with planning authorities, statutory undertakers, and national bodies to shape solutions that work for all.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and building long-term relationships.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers, helping the next generation of talent grow and thrive.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong technical expertise in Civil Engineering design, from concept through to delivery.

  • Proficiency in design software and confidence in adapting to new tools.

  • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of client needs across public and private sectors.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at every level.
