Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 11 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• Experience in Oracle Functional Skills: Demantra

• Experience in Functional Skills: Value Chain Planning

• Experience in Oracle Technical Skills: Interfaces, Extensions, hands on PL/SQL skills

• Should have at least 1 implementation experience

• Experience in Design, Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

• Good Analytical and Communication skills

• Experience in project and talent management

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that working with offshore teams
