Voyago is currently recruiting for 1 Full Time Patient Transfer Lead Hand in Ottawa, Ontario!
Primary Responsibilities
- As a Lead Hand you will be responsible for directing and giving instruction to attendants as they perform specific runs, complete reports per assessment or as directed by Operations Manager/Supervisor, ensuring all attendants follow proper procedures as outlined by PTS Policies and Procedures Manual and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- You have experience within Non-Urgent Patient Transfer industry.
- You have current Advanced First Aid & CPR Certification and EFR Certification or equivalent.
- You have excellent, strong proven customer service experience.
- You have professional telephone manner.
- You have exceptional Time and Stress Management skills.
- You have experience using computers and entering data on computer (keyboard skills).
- You have in-depth knowledge of Southwestern and Central Ontario.
- You have good organization and communications skills.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Patient Transfer techniques and procedures.
- You have previous Management, Supervisory or training experience an asset.
