PRN Cleaning Technician (As Needed/Flexible Schedule)

Honestly Clean is hiring PRN (as-needed) Cleaning Technicians to help with call-offs, weekends, and larger jobs. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn extra income without committing to a full-time schedule.

You’ll help clean residential homes, commercial spaces, and rental properties. Tasks may include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and floor care
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dusting surfaces (high and low)
• Cleaning windows, walls, and fixtures
• Emptying trash and restocking supplies
• Cleaning appliances, sinks, and workspaces
• Removing cobwebs and detailing areas as needed
• Laundry tasks for rental properties (as needed)
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment (rags, mop heads, vacuums, filters)

You may work independently or as part of a team depending on the job.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to travel between job locations
• Smartphone with ability to use company apps
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 lbs, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work in varying environments (homes, businesses, indoor/outdoor conditions)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous cleaning experience
• Knowledge of basic cleaning or safety procedures

Work Environment

Work takes place in residential homes, commercial buildings, and rental properties. You may be exposed to typical indoor and outdoor conditions and will occasionally work around clients and pets.
