Process and Improvement Manager
Auditing Services – Auckland or Christchurch

At AsureQuality, we help build trust in food by supporting Aotearoa’s primary industries with world-class auditing, inspection, and certification services.

We’re looking for a Process and Improvement Manager to lead transformation and continuous improvement across our Auditing Services team.

What you’ll do

• Lead our auditing scheduling team, optimising workflows and driving efficiency using Lean and Agile principles.

• Drive commercial performance through smart analysis and process enhancements.

• Coach, mentor, and role-model a culture of innovation and improvement.

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that build customer confidence and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in process or continuous improvement.

• Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and workflow optimisation.

• Experience with change management and the ability to influence at all levels.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer value.
