Process Engineer- Central Process Engineering (Trim and Form)

About the Role:

• As a Senior Engineer, TnF Process Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency, quality, and reliability of TnF processes. You will lead equipment qualifications, resolve complex process and customer-related issues, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead the qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems to support manufacturing requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and engineering standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives focused on productivity, quality enhancement, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical expertise and support for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to optimize process performance and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends, drive decision-making, and sustain process improvements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all engineering activities.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in TnF equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and other data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plan development, and SPC methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising technical personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
