• Troubleshoot and lead the repair of process equipment and systems as required.
• Understand new processes and manufacturing methods.
• Have good analytical skills to handle quality issues and meet customer quality expectations.
• Participate in management team policies formulation and strategies of the factory.
• People management, ensuring the team is fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 10 years of experience in process management in the manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strategic, creative, and systemic thinking
• Experience in system setup
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team will be a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
• QA 7 tools for Process Improvement
