Process Excellence Intern

• Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews
• Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policy, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates
• Support coordination with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details
• Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate from System Information or Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines or related fields.
• Basic understanding of labour laws, HSE standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes and documentation
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work on-site in **BSD, Tangerang **.
