Culina Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other services for the food and drink industry in United Kingdom and Ireland. It provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services, as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management.

We're looking for an experienced Process Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across our logistics and support functions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimise processes, and support digital transformation across the business.

Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and IT, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, compliance, and service delivery through data-driven analysis and proven continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, map and improve operational and business processes across the Group.
• Conduct time & motion studies, capacity analysis and productivity assessments to establish performance baselines.
• Identify inefficiencies, waste and automation opportunities, creating practical improvement plans.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis tools.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Develop business cases that demonstrate measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Support digital transformation projects, ensuring continuous improvement principles are embedded in solution design.
• Partner with project teams and operational leaders to deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Promote best practice and act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Business Improvement role.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain operations.
• Experienced in Lean, Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, work study techniques and performance measurement.
• Confident analysing data and translating insights into measurable business improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Naturally inquisitive, with a proactive approach to challenging existing ways of working and driving positive change.
