Process Operator- Hot End

O-I has more than a century of experience crafting pure, sustainable, brand-building glass packaging for many of the world’s best-known food and beverage brands. We are proud to provide high quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

As part of our Hot End team you will be responsible for the creation of high quality glass containers.  The role involves working in a face paced environment where you will need to undertake routine checks, react quickly and safely to situations that arise and be in regular communication with your Lead Operator and your Cold End counterpart.

This is a shift position working 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off of rotating pattern.  Starting salary is from £14.51 per hour, plus allowances.

 

Qualifications

Experience within an fast paced manufacturing environment

Experience of working shifts including nights and weekends

Safety mindset

Attention to detail and quality focus

Strong communication skills
