Main Objective:

Ensure product quality through the implementation and maintenance of standardized quality tools, processes, and procedures within manufacturing operations.

What challenges will you have?

1. Collaborate in the technical analysis of claims, guide the team in the use of problem-solving methodologies, and ensure timely documentation and response according to company standards
2. Lead, motivate, recognize, and ensure the training and development of personnel within their area of responsibility, in compliance with RIT and CCT.
3. Ensure the validity of attribute studies and process capability, as well as coordinate and maintain the validity and analysis of measurement systems and their repeatability.
4. Document and communicate preliminary findings of internal and external failures to transfer the investigation to third parties, and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Participate in internal and external audits, provide support in handling failure notifications, ensure the availability of documentation, and demonstrate proper application of quality systems.
6. Prepare internal quality failure notifications and ensure timely closure through analysis.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Advance English Level is required
• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T and Quality management systems
• Experience working with statistical methods
• Ability to manage and coordinate changes in technical products or processes
