The Procurement Associate is a critical role in the procurement and supply chain process of a company. Their primary responsibility is to support the procurement team in acquiring goods and services needed for the organization to operate efficiently.

He/ She plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and cost-effective procurement process, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related course

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in procurement, preferably in mill operation

Other Requirements:

• Working knowledge in procurement procedures, logistics, and inventory management

• Knowledge in feed mill operations

• Buying and negotiation skills

• Planning, analysis, and good judgment skills

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills

• High sense of urgency

• Integrity and common sense
