The Role: We are looking for a motivated and curious Purchasing Intern to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support day-to-day purchasing activities, working closely with the team and different internal functions. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, market analysis and procurement processes within an international environment.

What will you do:

Support day-to-day purchasing activities and the management of suppliers and raw materials.

Assist the team in collecting and analyzing supplier quotations, purchasing data and market information.

Support supplier scouting and evaluation activities, working with Purchasing and other internal functions when needed.

Help monitor supplier performance, delivery conditions and relevant purchasing information.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and other internal teams to support procurement activities and business needs.

Maintain and update supplier and purchasing data in company systems, supporting reporting and administrative activities.

Requierements:

Education: Degree in Food Science & Technologies, Economics, Logistics or other related focus.
Experience: Previous experience is not required. Any academic or internship experience related to Purchasing or Supply Chain within the food sector will be considered a plus.
Language Skills: Italian and English language knowledge are mandatory.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel.
Behavioral Requirements: Curiosity, Flexibility, Team player, self-motivated.
