The Role
The Procurement Manager will support and execute ClearSpace's procurement and supply chain activities from our Luxembourg office, working closely with the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain on sourcing, supplier management, and contracting. This is a hands-on role within a function being built from the ground up, ideal for someone with solid procurement experience in a technical or industrial environment.


Role Responsibilities

Commercial Execution

  • Support negotiation and execution of supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Draft SOWs with clear scope, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and pricing.
  • Act as day-to-day commercial contact for assigned suppliers.
  • Flag commercial risks and propose cost-saving opportunities.


Supply Chain & Vendor Management

  • Support the local implementation of ClearSpace's supply chain strategy and Make-or-Buy analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day procurement operations to secure timely, cost-effective materials and services.
  • Build vendor relationships and negotiate terms within delegated authority.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support reviews, audits, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations.


Must Have

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain within the European Space market, ideally with global suppliers/contract manufacturers in a product manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and SOW drafting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
  • Strong organisational and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
