General Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time, and reliability
- Support sourcing of raw materials, equipment, and services for company projects
- Assist in requesting and analyzing quotes (RFQs, bids, and proposals) for cost-effective purchasing
- Support maintaining supplier relationships to ensure supply stability
- Supplier & Vendor Management
- Assist in supplier communication and basic coordination
- Support contract terms, payment terms, and supplier documentation handling
- Help monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery schedules
- Purchase Order Management
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system
- Assist coordination with warehouse and related teams to ensure proper receiving and inventory tracking
- Cost Control & Budgeting
- Assist in tracking procurement spending data
- Support basic cost analysis and budget tracking reports
- Compliance & Coordination
- Support procurement activities in compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support procurement needs across projects
- Assist in supplier onboarding and basic qualification processes
Qualification:
Must Have:
- 1 year of procurement, purchasing, logistic, supply chain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or procurement tools
- Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain fundamentals
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual ability (Mandarin & English)
- Understanding of semiconductor or construction-related materials and equipment
