Procurement Trainee

• Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders
• Support vendor communication and follow-ups for quotations and deliveries
• Help compare prices and prepare simple cost analyses
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs
• Learn procurement workflows, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (Business, Commerce, or related fields preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
