We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join a team dedicated to supporting email and other communication for a large client. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end projects which include emails and other client push notifications. You’ll be partnering closely with clients and cross functional partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and at a high level of quality. You’ll act as the central hub, keeping designers, copywriters, and stakeholders aligned while proactively flagging risks and keeping things running smoothly. Being 10 steps ahead is a must.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of email design projects from kickoff through delivery
- Own schedules, timelines, and status updates across multiple teams
- Coordinate cross-functional partners, including design, editorial, and client teams
- Lead clear, friendly, collaborative client communication and day-to-day project management
- Track progress, update statuses, feedback and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Identify potential issues early and proactively propose solutions
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure accuracy across all materials
- QC all work coming in and out, ensuring accuracy before client reviews and deliveries
- Foster a collaborative, positive working environment for internal teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in a creative and/or marketing environment
- Experience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projects
- Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Google Slides or other design tools (reviewing designs, tracking feedback, coordinating revisions)
- Experience using project management or data management tools like Airtable, Google docs/sheets, etc, to track projects, schedules, and assets
- Proven ability to handle high-volume work while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing designers and copywriters across multiple projects
- Exceptionally reliable, responsive, and accountable

This is a temp to perm position starting at $400 - $425 a day. Full time salary from $90,000 - $100,000
