Product and Process Intelligence Analyst

Fresher to 1 year one should turn operational learning into reusable product improvements.

• Group recurring corrections and investigate their underlying causes.
  
  
• Translate institution rules and operational knowledge into requirements, validation checks and test cases.
  
  
• Work with product and implementation teams to improve extraction, mapping and reusable rules.
  
  
• Measure whether changes reduce errors and manual effort.
  
  
• Maintain clear handover notes so the same problems are not repeatedly rediscovered.
  
  

Profile: analytical thinking, clear documentation, comfort with structured data and AI tools, and the ability to question assumptions and validate outputs.
Success: recurring issues eliminated, manual effort reduced and improvements verified across applicable customers.
