All about the role:

Undertakes assigned technical tasks of low complexity to support professional colleagues and implements local action plans (such as Direct Material efficiency, Low-Cost Country, and Service Call Rate improvement action plans). Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from others.

What you’ll do:

• Create and develop cost reduction projects to deliver cost saving in order to meet the company goal
• Lead CR Projects (individual project)
• Create/update drawing, Part approval (AA/FT), ECR/ECN, BOM
• Solving issues concerned with project (running and implemented project)
• Support CR team activities
• CR projects summarize and report
• Sample parts/product request and control
• Stock tracking and new part implement monitoring
• Support some activities of PC team

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Part/Product Development in the R&D department of home appliances industry
• Experienced in Cost Reduction project is preferred.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in our Rayong plant and report to Laboratory Manager in Food Preservation department and functional report to global core team.
