As part of our 2026 growth plans, we’re hiring a Product Design Lead in the UK. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to make a direct impact in AI for in enterprise healthcare.
The opportunity
We’re exploring and validating generative AI use cases across our products to reduce friction in end-to-end workflows and improve how work gets done. This shifts the experience from standalone tools to human-led / AI-assisted workflows, where AI helps users move faster through repetitive steps - while keeping people accountable and in control. You’ll define the UX principles, patterns, and design strategy that make this collaboration efficient, auditable, and trusted, and turn it into shipped experiences that improve cycle time, quality, and consistency.
This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align stakeholders around a clear vision for AI-enabled workflow improvement, and can take discovery through to delivery with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
About You
- 8+ years product design experience favouring complex enterprise web applications, with 1 to 3+ years in a lead capacity (workstream, or strategy ownership).
- Familiarity with AI UX concepts, and experience designing GenAI features beyond chat interface.
- Ability to articulate and design for trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, and accuracy.
- Strong interaction design skills for complex workflows, and a proven ability to simplify without dumbing down.
- Confident research practitioner: plan and conduct workshops, synthesise insight, and influence decisions through evidence.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience in regulated/high-trust domains.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating all of the above.
- Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experienced product design skills is required, 8+ years.
