Product dev IC3-IC4

We are looking for two talented and driven Product Developers (IC3/IC4) to join our scaling engineering team in the Sofia Head Office<!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!---->.
Working directly within our core POS Tribe, you will help build out robust software solutions, support an expanding project pipeline, and elevate our technical landscape<!----><!----><!---->.

Key Responsibilities & Success Measures (KPIs)

• Build New Solutions: Actively contribute to designing and developing feature sets for the POS Tribe<!---->
  
• Maintain System Health: Take a hands-on role in identifying, debugging, and solving technical errors and system bugs
• Own the Deployment: Monitor the seamless delivery and deployment of code solutions to production
• Evolve Architecture: Continually grow your architectural knowledge while driving improvements to our existing platform footprint
  
• Collaborate & Influence: Participate heavily in internal technical discussions to refine product scalability and developer best practices<!---->.

What We Are Looking For

• 
  Practical experience working as a backend or full-stack software engineer within an agile ecosystem<!----><!----><!----><!---->.
• Strong foundations in our tech stack (Go/Golang, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript or adjacent runtime environments).
• Familiarity with database architectures (SQL) and building microservices.
• 
  Comfort collaborating closely with cross-functional technical teams and taking active ownership of the SDLC<!---->.
• Proximity or willingness to work from our Bulgaria Head Office
