Product Development Engineer Conveying Solutions

• Coordination and management of Product Development (PD) projects 
• Responsibility for ensuring the project meets its targets in terms of schedule, costs, and documentation 
• Management of the technical team driving the Conveying Solutions (CS) New Product innovation in Bulk Material Handling (BMH).
• Comprehensive development of innovative products in the field of conveyor belts
• Interface between the customer, application engineering, materials development, and the production plant
• Support for various functions along the value chain through development expertise 

## Qualifications

• University level Master's Degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 3 years in CS PD/Applications or > 5 years in general R&D Project management experience min 3. years
• High knowledge in cross functional work
• Moderate knowledge of CS Products and basic understanding of materials and manufacturing methods
• Leadership experience in projects (PMI Certificate)
• Basic Knowledge in product testing
• Willingness to take occasional business trips and interact with customers 
• High knowledge in Project documentation
• Intercultural experience includes involvement in some participation in international projects
• An outstanding willingness to learn and ability of concept comprehension
