Polski Standard Płatności Sp. z o.o. is the operator of the BLIK mobile payment system. Together with system participants - banks and payment agents - we are developing the fastest-growing payment method in Poland. After 5 years since its establishment, BLIK is the most popular form of online payment, enabling millions of Poles to send instant transfers to a phone number; BLIK will soon enable making contactless payments around the world. Even though we are a small organization, we operate on a large scale.

We are looking for a person who will take care of part of the tasks carried out by the team responsible for BLIK product development. Your main tasks:

• monitoring and analyzing existing BLIK implementations on the issuing (banks) and acceptance (acquirers and merchants) side, creating and updating the knowledge base about these implementations, initiating and conducting corrective and optimization actions,
• supporting the implementations carried out by the partners and helping them in solving the problems identified after the service launch,
• participation in creating functional requirements, documentation and product presentations.

The same proficiency in each of the above areas is not required at the beginning, however you must have the willingness and capability for achieving it within a reasonable time.

Qualifications

Required:

• highly developed analytical capabilities,
• attention to details,
• ability and desire to learn quickly,
• high communication skills in speech and writing,
• proficiency in working with figures
• knowledge of English C1 level at minimum,
• independence and good work organization,
• looking for solutions, not problems.

An additional advantage will be:

• expertise in mobile banking, mobile payments or mobile technologies
• proficiency in the English language
• proficiency in Splunk
