We are currently seeking a hands-on Product Development & Warehouse Technician to join our Springvale team and support a range of specialist automotive businesses, including Toperformance.

Looking to step away from workshop work while still using your automotive expertise?

This role combines warehouse operations with product testing, technical support and development activities. Working closely with the Toperformance team, you'll help support product quality, new product development and day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Receive and process incoming stock and customer returns
• Support inventory management and stock control activities
• Assist with prototype fitment, product testing and evaluations
• Collect and document vehicle and product performance data
• Support warranty inspections and product assessments
• Assist with component preparation, assembly and modification activities
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse and workshop environment
• Work closely with the Toperformance team and other internal stakeholders

Qualifications

About You

• Mechanical background as a Mechanic or Automotive Technician
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Experience working in an automotive workshop environment
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Highly Regarded

• Suspension, steering or performance product knowledge
• Wheel alignment experience
• Warehouse or inventory management experience
• ERP system experience
