About this role

We are looking for a semiconductor product or product development engineer to join an exciting fabless semiconductor company developing a range of mixed signal ASICs.
Responsibilities
You will have full ownership for the production cost and production quality of a range of full custom ASIC products covering a range of market segments including Wireless and Automotive, from sampling to volume production.
Education and Key Skills
Essential
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Electronics or similar discipline.
- Understanding of the principles behind Analogue and Digital Testing.
- Knowledge of SPC & other semiconductor Yield Enhancement and analytical methods.
- Understanding of IC manufacturing methods relating to Foundry and OSAT.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter can work unsupervised.
- 3 years+ relevant experience
Desirable
- Experienced in testing Semiconductor devices using ATE or bench test equipment.
- Understanding of package assembly technology
- Understanding of common semiconductor qualification test methodologies
- Understanding of semiconductor reliability and quality standards such as AEC-Q100
- Understanding of the Fabless business model
Understanding of ISO9000 or similar management systems.

Position Specifics
This role is hybrid, our guideline is for 3 days in the office.
