Your PurposeYou are responsible for contributing to product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, coordinating product development, and ensuring that our product and service solutions remain competitive and adequately managed throughout their lifecycles. Success in this role is demonstrated through effective product performance analysis, growth initiative execution, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of assigned product objectives. • Responsible for management of assigned products throughout the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, enhancements, launches, and retirement activities.

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to support product initiatives.

• Develop business cases and recommendations for product enhancements, operational improvements, and growth opportunities.

• Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), growth metrics, and member adoption data; recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Partner with Business Intelligence to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics used to measure product success.

• Conduct product reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, align priorities, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities for innovation and member value.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships, product implementations, service performance reviews, and issue resolution activities.

• Collaborate with Marketing to improve product positioning, member engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

• Partner with Learning & Development and business leaders to address product knowledge gaps and support organizational readiness.

• Use member and employee feedback, journey mapping, and operational insights to recommend improvements to the member experience.

• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Associates degree in an applicable field AND Internal: minimum 2 years of work experience in a Specialist III role; External: minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND Internal: minimum 4 years of work experience in a Specialist III role; External: minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills required.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams and business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience analyzing product performance metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools used to support business decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product management, project management, or workflow management software preferred.
• Experience with virtual meeting and collaboration platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services, fintech solutions, or product lifecycle management principles preferred.

Salary Range: $82,119 - $99,565/annually

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. In addition to competitive salaries:
