Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a mission-driven Product Manager with strong Clinical experience who lives at the intersection of medicine and technology to join our team and lead the development of innovative healthcare solutions that improve early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes. This role isn't just about managing a roadmap; it’s about applying a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and disease states to build the clinical architecture of our platform.

As a Clinical Product Manager, you will stand at the intersection of healthcare, business strategy, and technology. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for digital healthcare products that directly impact provider workflows and patient outcomes. Your mission is to translate complex clinical requirements into scalable, intuitive software solutions that reduce physician burnout and improve the quality of care.

As part of the Eon Product team, you will own critical product initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and customer success. You’ll shape solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our long-term vision to transform complex clinical care journeys through data and AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the clinical product roadmap, aligning clinical needs with business goals and market trends to deliver high-impact digital health tools.
• Requirements & Workflow Optimization: Map intricate clinical workflows and translate medical and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, epics, and engineering specs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nursing boards, software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and legal teams to build and launch compliant products.
• Launch & Measurement: Lead product go-to-market strategies, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor product adoption to drive continuous lifecycle iterations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Product Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation.
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Clinical background (RN, Rad Tech, or similar) or an MBA/Master’s in Health Informatics.
• Clinical Acumen: Specialized knowledge in Oncology or Cardiovascular pathways.
• Technical Acumen: Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, or clinical decision support tools.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $120,000 - 135,000 (yr base pay); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base (CEPA) pay information is based on market location.
