Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform positioning.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to optimize promotional strategies, support educational initiatives, and maintain product availability.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and distributors to gather insights, address concerns, and support product adoption.

  • Lead product lifecycle management initiatives by identifying areas for product enhancement, planning line extensions, or preparing for potential phase-outs based on market and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy, Medicine, or relevant life sciences; MBA is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience as Brand/Assistant Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with injectables, diabetes, metabolic, or obesity products.
  • Strong expertise in consumer (DTC) and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic (written and verbal) with strong strategic, digital, and innovation focus.
  • Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building, and consumer marketing capability.
