Own and develop a product area by delivering business outcomes, balancing stakeholder needs, and managing product decisions within a defined domain.
Responsibilities & key activities
Define and manage roadmap aligned with business priorities,
Translate business needs into product initiatives,
Drive end-to-end delivery (discovery → delivery → iteration),
Analyze product performance,
Identify problems and improvement areas,
Use data and stakeholder input to define solutions,
Collaborate and actively manage with other departments,
Manage expectations and priorities,
Communicate progress and risks,
Negotiate trade-offs,
Incorporate compliance into product decisions and balance business goals with risk requirements,
Maintain and continuously improve product documentation (JIRA, PRDs, rollout plans, training materials),
Independently coordinate and execute product launches or rollout activities.
Qualifications and Experience
3–6 years product management experience,
Experience in fintech/payments,
Proven experience working cross-functionally,
Very good knowledge of English,
Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
