Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our Digital Credit team in Dhaka. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development, launch, and growth of new digital financial products, including product roadmap planning, customer needs assessments, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support to deliver successful products and features to customers. This is an on-site role located in Dhaka.

 

Must have:

• Previously worked as TSO at a FMCG Company, OR
• Previously worked in NBFI / MFI / Bank in Supply Chain Loans, SME Loan / Credit

• Analytical Skills
• Product Management and Project Management skills
• Digital Strategy development and implementation experience
• Experience working with software and technology teams to deliver products and features.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data to create actionable insights, to effectively influence business strategy and product roadmap planning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding and experience in Digital Credit and FinTech products is preferred.
