Requirements

Educational Background: A final-year undergraduate or graduate student (senior year or year 3 of Master's) pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, majoring in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

Responsibility & Learning Ability: Possess a strong sense of responsibility and passion for work; have excellent rapid learning skills, enabling you to quickly master new knowledge and skills.

AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using various AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance work efficiency, for example, in document writing, data analysis, or creative ideation.

Communication & Collaboration: Possess outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, able to express ideas clearly and effectively drive project progress.

Language Skills: Possess good English reading and writing skills, enabling fluent reading of English documents; proficiency in using English as a working language for listening and speaking communication is preferred.
