Product Manager within Maternity & NICU
Your responsibilities
Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, including opportunity assessment, feature definition, claims roadmap input, pricing, and launch planning.
Develop customer-centric value propositions and translate customer and clinical workflow insights into clear product requirements and enhancements.
Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, clinically appropriate connected medical device solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product initiatives based on market trends and regulatory requirements, continuously refining product strategies through competitive analysis, customer insights, and compliance considerations.
Support execution of global go-to-market strategies. collaborating with Market Impact and regional teams to tailor messaging and support key customer and solution provider partnerships.
What you bring along
5+ years of Product Management experience in the medical device industry serving global markets is required
Proven track record of successfully delivering connected electronic medical devices.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing portfolio extensions, product launches, and geographic or channel expansion initiatives.
Strong understanding of connected electronic medical device technologies and their application within clinical environments.
Solid knowledge of clinical workflows and the ability to translate user needs into practical product requirements.
Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to drive product execution.
Location
85386 Dietersheim, Germany.
This is a hybrid role, offering two home-office days each week.
