Product Manager (Mid to Lead Level) – Food User

We are looking for talented Product Managers from Mid to Lead level —to join our growing product team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your skills and creativity to tackle challenges that impact millions of users, merchants, and riders, and contribute to our journey to become Thailand’s No.1 platform.

What you’ll do:

• Define product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding user needs, market dynamics, competition, and business goals
• Drive product development end-to-end: analyze requirements, assess ROI, and set clear priorities and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, data, business) to deliver and continuously improve products
• Take ownership of product outcomes: track, analyze, and report key metrics, using insights to refine and scale impact
• Build domain expertise and lead initiatives within your product area (e.g., Consumer App, Merchant Experience, Rider Tools, Internal Tools, or POS)

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.0 (or equivalent)
• Preferred 3–5 years of experience. However, candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills, product sensibility, and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
