Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to act as the operational extension of the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) in a global exchange company.
This role serves as the primary contact point for country BPMs, consolidates product and service desk requests, monitors delivery progress, and prepares structured reports for the CPTO and management board.

The specialist ensures seamless communication between countries, tech teams, and the CPTO, enabling efficient prioritization, transparency, and alignment with the global product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single liaison between country BPMs, tech teams, and the CPTO.
• Collect, validate, and standardize all incoming requests (new features, regulatory changes, issues).
• Track Service Desk tickets and Jira tasks, monitor SLA compliance, and keep request status logs updated.
• Support the CPTO in prioritization by preparing structured overviews of country and tech requests.
• Aggregate cross-country and tech data (transactions, support issues, delivery progress) for board-level reporting.
• Provide weekly operational reports to the CPTO and monthly summaries for country/board visibility.
• Escalate blockers and risks in a timely and structured manner.
• Maintain a clear feedback loop with BPMs, ensuring visibility on progress and expected timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, Slack, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare structured reports and communicate clearly with executives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple countries’ inputs simultaneously.
  

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Turkish and/or Russian to support regional operations.
• Background in FinTech, crypto exchange, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with compliance processes (KYC/AML, GDPR).
• Analytical mindset to prepare dashboards and spot trends across markets.
