The Mission
You will connect our digital ecosystem—linking noknok and Spinneys+ so multiple apps feel like one seamless experience for the customer.
Connect the Brands: Build the systems that reward customer actions and create a single, unified profile for users across our brands.
Power Personalization: Design the smart recommendations, search tools, and messaging features that our marketing team uses to reach customers.
Focus on Real Habits: Measure success by repeat visits and long-term customer value, not just temporary campaign clicks.
Qualifications
Experienced: 2+ years in Product Management, focusing on customer retention, personalization, or data products.
Data-Driven: You love looking at data yourself to find out why customers keep coming back.
Great Partner: You work easily with engineering, data, and marketing teams to get things built.
