Product Support Assistant (PSA)

The ATEXIS Group is a multinational consulting firm specializing in providing engineering support services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defense, marine, rail, energy, and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a Product Support Assistant to be located on-site at the maintenance facility. The selected candidate will assist the Product Support Manager in all operational, commercial, and technical duties, with the capability to temporarily replace the manager in their function when required.

• Support the manager as an on-site point of contact for the airline on commercial, technical, and project management issues, including handling formal correspondence.
• Assist in supervising key personnel of the partner company on-site.
• Help oversee relevant equipment defects within the maintenance facility and liaise with the airline and its appointed MRO.
• Participate in and help organize daily maintenance meetings, ensuring all action items are followed up on and closed in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily on-site equipment audits, identify new issues, resolve existing problems, and communicate stock status when shortages occur.
• Support Entry Into Service activities and gap analysis management, helping maintain continuous contact with home base engineering support.
• Monitor service level performance and reliability metrics for the equipment.
• Temporarily assume the full duties and responsibilities of the Product Support Manager whenever necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Around 2 to 3 years as Contract Support, Product Support, or similar roles.
• Domain Expertise: Desirable experience in aerospace (cabin interiors and seats).
• Profile: Suitably qualified and proactive candidate capable of stepping in for the Product Support Manager on a temporary basis.
