Production Assistant (Night Shift)

EARNINGS: £15.19 per hour, including night shift premium
HOURS: 45 hours per week, 19.40-06.00 Sunday-Wednesday, 19.00-00.00 Thursday

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you currently working in food production, food manufacturing, food operations, packing or processing, and looking for a new opportunity with sociable working hours, weekly pay and a supportive team environment?

We're recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our family-owned business on the beautiful Daylesford Farm. Working with fresh, organic produce, you'll help create our award-winning products enjoyed by customers across the UK.

This role also includes staff meals during shifts, plus 1 additional day of annual leave for every year of service after 2 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.

• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.

• Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.

• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.
