POSITION:Production Associate – Test – Level 2

REPORTSTO:CellTeam Leader

AREA:Production

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent

• Ability to readandunderstand test procedures

• Excellent verbalandwritten communication skills

• Good computer skills

• Works well in team environment

• IPC-A-610 certification preferred,but notrequired

• Experience testing PCBs

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment

• Identification of proper equipment to be used

• Properly fill out production documentation

• NotifyElectronicTechnician of non-conforming units or test fixtures

• Identifyelectronic components (polarity, incorrectpart, etc.)

• Rotate to different workstationsanddifferent cells as needed

• Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision)

• As required – compile andvalidatetest results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements

• As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis

• Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment

• Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
