Production associate for 3D printed footwear

Your mission

You'll be on the production floor keeping things running — operating our printers, checking the shoes coming out of them, and making sure everything stays clean, organized, and on schedule. No engineering background needed. We'll train you on everything.

What you'll do

• Operate our 3D printing and post-processing machines (washing, drying) — full training provided

• Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products

• Maintain key metrics like printer uptime with high quality and efficient tasking

• Check finished shoes for quality and flag anything that doesn't look right

• Keep your workstation clean and organized

• Help out in washing, drying, shipping and finishing areas when needed

• Work with your teammates to keep the operation running smoothly

Your profile

• Safety First - Always have your and our team’s safety as a top priority

• Hands-on and reliable — you show up, pay attention, and take care of your workspace

• Comfortable being on your feet and doing physical work

• A team player who pitches in where needed

• Willing to work shifts, including some weekends

• Based in Austin or nearby

• No technical degree or experience required — if you've tinkered with 3D printers as a hobby or held other production roles, that's a bonus, but absolutely not a must
