📍 We are looking for an organized, responsible and results-oriented Production Department Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to the efficiency and development of production processes.

If you have experience in a production environment, you like coordinating activities and people, and challenges motivate you, then we would like to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and coordinating daily production activities

• Monitoring the workflow to comply with deadlines and quality standards

• Coordinating the production team and ensuring effective communication between departments

• Tracking performance indicators and reporting regularly to the direct Manager and HQ

• Identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing operational process improvements

• Efficient resource management and rapid resolution of situations arising in the production process

• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a production environment

• Higher technical education

• Very good organizational, coordination and prioritization skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions

• Team spirit and excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of operating production-specific equipment and software

• Knowledge of English – conversational level

• Proactive attitude and orientation towards continuous improvement
