Production Employee

Do you have experience in other manufacturing companies and you are interested in the Aerospace industry?

Everything that has to do with space and space travel fascinates you. Being part of an innovative company and working with composites, that is what you find challenging. The focus is on the production of composite parts for the aerospace industry. This requires great accuracy, because you have to work according to the standards of the Aerospace sector.

What is your new job?

After a thorough training period, our new Production employee will manufacture products made of fiber-reinforced plastics. As an All-round Production Employee, you are responsible for:

• Producing the products according to plan

• Producing molds and other tooling

• Taking care of quality

• Working according to prescribed procedures

• Care for safety, health and the environment

Reporting Lines and Interactions

You report to one of the Team Leaders and Foremen of the Production department and you work together with other colleagues. In addition, you will collaborate with the Quality and Engineering departments.

Requirements

• You have completed a vocational study in a technical direction or have relevant working experience.

• A couple of years experience in a manufacturing company or working with composites is a plus.

• You need to be able to speak Dutch or English, preferably both.

• Accurate.

• Proactive.
