Figure’s vision is to deploy autonomous humanoids at a global scale. Our Manufacturing team is looking for a Production Lead to help drive daily execution on the factory floor. In this role, you’ll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to deliver against production schedules while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll be hands-on, coordinating work across teams, resolving issues in real time, and stepping onto the line when needed to keep builds on track.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate resources to meet production schedules and quality targets.
- Monitor production flow, track progress, and provide updates on priority work orders.
- Verify readiness of lines, components, and equipment; support set-ups and changeovers.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality, equipment, or process issues.
- Review and complete production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct shift passdowns and cross-functional updates.
- Support employee training and development; step in for absent operators when needed.
- Partner with supervisors to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- AS degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED required).
- 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver against production goals.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., working with hand tools, and handling chemicals with PPE.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
