About the role
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our team, focused on building and optimizing the next generation of AI-powered enterprise finance tools. As part of the founding product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, roadmap, and helping some of the world’s largest companies eliminate their manual accounting work.
You’ll work side-by-side with all founders and engineers to turn customer requests into high-performing, elegant features that slot seamlessly into our customers’ existing processes. Your work will directly define how finance teams experience AI automation - in real life, at scale.
We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
What you’ll do
- You’ll own key parts of the product roadmap - from discovery to rollout - driving adoption, accuracy, and measurable time saved for finance teams.
- Translate complex accounting workflows and compliance requirements into clear product specs.
- Continuously gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and the broader market to guide product decisions.
- Work closely with all founders and engineers to build accurate, intuitive, and enterprise-ready finance workflows.
- Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials, including product documentation, release notes, and training content.
- Support QA and user acceptance testing to ensure finance-related features meet quality and compliance standards.
- Guide and hands-on support our customers through change management and AI adoption
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in product management; enterprise software is a plus
- A product mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into elegant AI solutions
- You make complex topics easy to work with, through crisp framing, strong documentation, and well-defined ownership
- A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills internally and externally
- Experience in LLM-based software solutions or AI agents is a plus
