Production Operative – Temp to Perm

Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
• Monday to Friday

The Role

You will be working across a variety of production departments, including:

• Assembly
• Welding
• Rolling
• Sorting
• Cleaning
• General production duties as required

Requirements

• You must live in Milton Keynes or be able to reliably commute.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work across different departments.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Safty boots neeed
