Production Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Killbuck, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing position in Killbuck, OH. This hands-on role involves rubber manufacturing, operating equipment, and maintaining product quality. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with rubber mixing and manufacturing processes
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Handle raw materials and inspect batches for quality
• Complete production and quality paperwork
• Perform equipment cleanup and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support production goals and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment with varying temperatures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
