Operation and smelting: Operation of copper metal smelting furnaces, precise temperature control.Mold preparation: Manufacturing and preparing molds and models (dalalik) used for casting by hand or using machines.Casting process: Control the flow of molten metal and professionally pour it into molds to produce alloys.Monitoring and inspection: measuring the temperature of the molten metal, inspecting the cast after it has cooled, and repairing surface defects.Occupational safety and health: Strict adherence to prevention instructions and use of personal protective equipment (such as insulation suits and thermal gloves) to avoid accidents.
