Production Planner

Stora Enso WP HV s.r.o. is looking for a position Production Planner, based in Ždírec nad Doubravou. You will work for the Wood Products South Business Unit, and you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

As Production Planner you will be responsible for:

• Short term production planning - Issue work orders for the relevant production lines and ensure optimized volume flow through the total unit.

• Plan the production efficiently considering customer delivery times

• Inform the delivery schedule changes to delivery planner well in advance

• Creating and maintaining factory calendar for the relevant production lines

• Maintain production orders data - check and confirm production order details

• Manage delays in production and supply with internal stakeholders

• Participate in daily and weekly Supply Chain and Production Team meeting according to the agreed meeting plan

• Contribute to the profitable and production efficiency in close cooperation with Operation, Operations Improvement, Supply Chain Team and other relevant internal stakeholders

Required Skills, Competencies, and Experience:

• At least a high school diploma

• Flexibility, reliability, self-activity and willingness to learn new things

• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to deal crisis situations

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of work experience in production planning or similar tasks

• Good team player in an international environment

• Advanced knowledge of English; native-level proficiency in Czech
