Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot advanced cash-handling equipment to meet high-quality standards.
  • Perform precision fitting and alignment to ensure smooth operation of moving parts.
  • Tear down, rebuild, and assemble new and refurbished units with accuracy and care.
  • Use precision measuring tools and electrical testing devices to guarantee top performance.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support special projects that drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to identify training needs and resolve technical issues.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance service, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Monitor machine performance and record data for continuous improvement.
  • Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance activities.
  • Work from detailed assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
  • Lift, transport, and assemble components as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities that make a difference every day.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 0–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Solid PC, networking, and application skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and technical software (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
    • Commitment to completing training on three qualifying products within the first year
