As a Creamery Supervisor, you’ll lead frontline manufacturing operations while building a strong culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily production, develop and coach team members, ensure schedules are met, and help drive efficient, high-quality operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees.
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Promote GMPs, food safety, traceability, and compliance.
- Monitor equipment, workflow, capacity, and resource needs.
- Address operational issues through sound decision-making and problem-solving.
- Manage performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
- Complete scheduling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities using systems such as Workday.
What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and follow-through.
- Ability to routinely stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, pull, pinch, and lift.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing; dairy experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations.
- Manufacturing safety knowledge, including LOTO and hazard recognition.
Wage Range: $70,800 – $93,800
